Terms of sale

Every product is intended for in vitro scientific research. They are not medicines, supplements or medical devices, and they are not approved for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

By buying, you confirm that this is the use you intend and that you have the facilities and training to handle them.

You must be over 18 and legally able to contract. We may refuse or cancel an order where there are signs of a use other than the one declared, where the rules of the destination country prevent it, or where we cannot verify the details provided.

Product pages state presentation, purity and batch. Prices are shown in euros. Items marked “on request” have no public price and cannot be bought online.

The price that applies is the one in force when the order is confirmed. An obvious typographic error in a price does not oblige us to sell at that amount: if it happens, we tell you before charging and you may cancel.

You add products to the basket, fill in the shipping details and choose a payment method. The contract is formed when we confirm the order with its reference, which is what to quote in any later query.

The final amount is always calculated by the server from the catalogue: each line’s price plus shipping.

Card and crypto are charged through an external gateway; payment details never pass through our servers.

By bank transfer, the order is held and prepared once the payment reaches the account quoting the order reference.

We ship from Spain to the whole European Union. Preparation usually takes 24 to 48 working hours, plus the courier’s transit time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Above the threshold stated in the shop, shipping is free.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer on delivery.

Each batch comes with its certificate of analysis. If what arrives does not match the order or arrives damaged, the returns page applies.

The statutory warranty does not cover deterioration caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery.

As a consumer you have fourteen calendar days to withdraw, subject to the statutory exceptions set out on the returns page.

We are not liable for how products are used once delivered, nor for the consequences of a use other than the one declared. Our liability is limited in any case to the value of the order.

Spanish law applies. You may send any complaint to our contact address and you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
